Winners of the eBlarneyClub Members' Draw Free Trip to Ireland 2003

We were delighted to welcome Sharon & Ray Kelly from Trenton, MI, the winners of our eBlarneyClub Members draw for 2003, to Blarney in July.

During their trip, Sharon & Ray soaked up all the Irish atmosphere while experiencing the unique display of sunshine and showers typical of Irish weather.

They visited our flagship Blarney Woollen Mills in Blarney, Co. Cork, where they met the Directors of the Blarney Woollens Mills Group over morning tea and scones. The picture on the wall behind the group is that of Christy Kelleher, the founder of Blarney Woollen Mills.

After their tour of the Blarney Woollen Mills shop, Sharon and Ray, met with Lorraine Ahern and all the staff in Customer Services. Then they were given the tour of the despatch packing area where they saw how well customer orders were inspected, packed and shipped.

Sharon and Ray enjoyed their trip and we enjoyed welcoming them to Ireland.
