We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on any merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. There are some exceptions to this such as:

• Personalised jewelry or engraved goods
• Unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media.

Unless these items are faulty we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on them for obvious reasons.

For our USA customers we offer a Free Returns Guarantee as we have a returns agent within the USA. For all other countries you may have to pay the return postage cost and our customer service team will advise you of this in advance of processing your return.
