Returns Policy

If you’re not utterly ecstatic with your recent purchase, by all means send it back! Returns must be sent within 60 days from the day you received your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet this criteria or are non-returnable. After we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. If you would like to contact a customer service representative directly then email: [email protected]  

For Irish orders, please send the product/products back to us, using the address below. We'll refund shipping and value of the original order.

How do I return my order if I am a USA, Canada, European Union or UK customer?

1. Visit our returns portal - https://blarneywoollenmills.returnmyorder-international.com/

2. Enter your order number.

3. Enter your zipcode or email address and then click 'Proceed'.

4. Select which items you wish to return and the reason why. 

5. Print your returns label and attach it to the parcel. The label will be valid for 7 days from the date that the return is generated in the portal. 

7. Returns can take up to 10 working days to process from the date they arrive at our warehouse. As soon as it has been processed you will receive an email to confirm.

 

Rest of the world

For the rest of the world, we will refund you what you paid for your order; however, you will need to organise and pay for you own shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • Personalised jewelry or engraved goods.
  • Unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media.
  • Perfume, Cologne or Beauty products which have been opened/packaging removed.
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons. 
  • Food products

Exchange

All returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please reorder your items online.
