Hand-Knit Arans

Knitted in Donegal, a picturesque county in the north west of Ireland. It is designed exclusively for Blarney Woollen Mills and inspired by martime life. The wool is sourced locally with a slightly more coarse and rugged feel than Merino wool.

The sweater itself is chunky, made to survive life on the Atlantic ocean. The stitches evoke a bygone age.  

On average, it takes 40 to 50 hours to complete a sweater. For our knitters, it is a way of life not a job.
