Ceramicist Amanda Murphy makes decorative hand-built stoneware ceramics including vases, platters and bowls in County Waterford, Ireland. Each piece is hand-built, inspired by movement within the Irish landscape.

This rockpool bowl is inspired by summer evenings Amanda spent with her children down at the rockpools at their local beach in County Waterford. With its textured edge reflecting the rocks, and rippled shape echoing the undulations of the pools, it evokes happy memories.
