Update on my first reveiw....I'm wearing it today and it's fantastic. Nice and warm but not hot. Lightweight and fits perfectly. I ordered from the size chart and it's perfect - right down to the sleeve length. Now I need to move to somewhere in the North Atlantic so I can wear it every day.

Shipping is FREE and super fast. I think I received it in about 5 days from placing the order - Ireland to California. Great customer service as well. Not that I would consider even for a moment returning it, return shipping is also free. Can't wait for the weather to get cool enough to wear it. I wish it was cool enough to wear it year round.

This is the very first thing I bought on-line from Blarney Woolen Mills. The quality of the knit is outstanding. The pattern and stitch work are absolutely beautiful. Based on what others said about sizing, I bought a size down from what I normally would get and it fits perfectly. I visited the Cork store last summer when I was on a cruise and purchased easy to pack hats for my daughters. Having seen the quality of everything I saw in the store, and now having received this sweater, I've told all my Irish friends about this gem of a store. I'll be back for sure! I wore this wonderful, warm sweater nearly all winter, with the exception of a couple of days when it was too cold outside. I'm in Canada. The quality is wonderful -sure to last half a lifetime. I've ordered a second one because I never want to be without one. I ordered a size L. I'm 5'8", 170 pounds. I like this size. Very cozy. The zipper is a sturdy metal one with a nice little pull tab.

I just received this beautiful sweater a week after ordering from the states. It is so lovely and the photo does not do it justice. It's very heavy and beautifully stitched. It will be something to enjoy for years to come. It's plenty roomy and seems to be sized correctly according to your guidelines. The sleeves are a bit long but I am petite in stature although I wear an extra large in clothing. Great service and very easy ordering. Thank you!

Just received this 2 days ago, only took 10 days and it arrived in perfect condition. The sweater is gorgeous, so soft, very heavy and the patterns are lovely. The body of the XS is a great fit. The sleeves are a little big, but not a problem., not meant to be skintight. Very impressed with the service and the quality. Think the handknit lumber will be my next purchase!!! I am 5'3, 115 pounds.

What a great treat! this sweater is so beautifully made. Every stitch, every design, even the pockets. Living here in the Chicagoland area this sweater will come in handy for our blustery Fall and early Winter days. I bought the Oatmeal, Medium. I usually wear a Medium. I am 5'1, 150lbs. I would say the Medium is about right. The sleeves were exactly at my wrist, so that would be where I would have preferred more length. But the body of the sweater fit like what you would expect. Not too loose, not too tight at all. I know if I had gotten a Large, it would have been too big. I would say stick with your normal size for comfort. Takes about the full 10 days to get, so do not expect your product overnight, plan accordingly. I look forward to getting more of Blarney Woollen Mills sweaters. Awesome Quality. Thank you!

THE most beautiful sweater of them all. The size guide is perfect. I am 5'1/2", 110 lbs, and it is perfect perfect fit. Thanks to the patron who said the small was huge. It would have been on me, even though in OTHER sweaters with Blarney, I wear small. So FOLLOW the size guides for each different style item you want. The knitters must pattern the sizes differently for each style, even if they style looks close to another, follow the guide. They have figured out the size guide perfectly. That was in the very beginning something I didn't understand until I read the reviews and figured out what must be going on.. SO SOFT , so beautifully knit. Thank you so much for this gorgeous design, and making it easy to order and fit from far away ! Take care

I just bought this sweater and have not taken it off in two weeks! It is my go to house sweater for cold winter days here in Vermont. Would buy another if they offered other colors. I bought a small which is just right with room to layer. I am size 8/10.
