Blarney takes good care of its customers! I ordered this sweater before Christmas and Blarney shipped it the next day. FedEx lost my package during international shipping and lied to me about its whereabouts for months. During this time, I kept in contact with Blarney and they were very understanding and sympathetic. Once FedEx finally admitted they'd lost my package, Blarney immediately sent me a new sweater. It got here a week ago and its well-fitting and warm. Now I just need to learn how to not ruin it in the dryer!
