The fishermen from the islands of Inis Mor, Inis Meain and Inis Oírr developed a distinctive style of Irish knitwear in the 19th century that became known as the Aran sweater. Our Cliona V-neck Aran is knit in County Donegal from 100% supersoft merino wool with an all-over cable pattern. Exclusive to Blarney Woollen Mills, it is finished with a trendy dipped hem and side slits, with ribbed trims and a modern v-neckline.
