Often called Ireland's national gemstone, Connemara marble is mined exclusively in the west of Ireland. It varies in color from light to dark green so no two pieces of Connemara marble are identical, making each piece totally unique. The earrings are lovely, on their own I would give 5 stars. However I ordered them at the same time as a matching pendant, to wear as at set. Online the marble in both items is the same, however the earrings are much lighter in colour. I understand that marble can vary in colour, but these are completely different. As a result I give them 3 stars.
