I'd been looking at this brooch for some time for an upcoming wedding and when it dropped in price, I simply couldn't pass it up. I'm so happy I didn't. The brooch is solid but elegant, polished to a shine and sturdy without damaging fabrics. It's the perfect size for a sash or sweater and exudes class. As the tartan I'll be wearing has largely earth tones, I can tell you it's hard to find a non-silver celtic brooch. This item didn't just solve that, it's now a treasured piece of Irish jewelry. (I understand this brooch isn't currently in stock, but you really couldn't go wrong with any choice.)
