This is the first sweater I have had to return from this company. I am basically the same height and weight as the model who according to this webpage is wearing a size medium. Since I wanted my sweater to be looser I ordered a size large. The size large was too tight and the sleeves were way short. The end of the sleeves did not even come to my top of my wrist bones. The sweater was also a little bit on the scratchy side which would be OK if I were going to wear something under it that had long sleeves and covered me completely. So I return the sweater according to the instructions on the webpage, but then had to follow up with customer service because I never got my refund. This is not been typical of my experience with this company, but I have to say this was rather disappointing all the way around.
