Not the quality I would expect. Not Aran weight wool. If I had seen it in the shop I wouldn't have bought it. I did email and phone . Got no response to my phone message and a 10 day wait for a response to my email telling me that they were waiting for someone else to get back to them. So basically no response so far...still waiting to see if it can be exchanged

The sweater is lovely and I absolutely love the product but the delivery was the problem. I placed the order on February 26th allowing more than enough days for receipt so it could be worn by my grandson on March 11th. I was very disappointed that I did not receive it until March 14th. I will keep the sweater,however, and hopefully my granddaughter can wear it next year.
