Quality excellent, soft yet warm I was worried it would be scratchy it is not. Shipping excellent did not pay extra for rush yet it was very fast from order to door. Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL I am not kidding they go above and beyond for you here. I contacted them to see if they could let me know when this color was back in stock Lorraine put me on the waiting list contacted me when it was available and placed the order for me. My daughter and mother are now both talking about wanting them so we will be back.

This cape is just stunning- not too long, not too heavy. It is soft and warm and the plaid detachable scarf/hood adds the perfect finishing touch. It is warm without too much bulk, which is great for going to theater or someplace where there isn't a lot of room to put a winter coat. I paid the extra charge to have the cape shipped more quickly to the US, and it was a mere 4 days from when I placed the order to when it arrived on my doorstep. Excellent experience all around. Highly recommend.
