Directions for Use

Start at the soles of the feet moving up towards the hip, using long brisk sweeping strokes moving upwards in the direction of the heart.  Follow to the stomach brushing in a circular clockwise motion.  When brushing the arms, start at the hands sweeping towards the underarm.
