I received the bracelet and it is lovely. Customs sure tossed the box around but luckily it arrived with bracelet inside. For me, this was a splurge item that the BWM sale price made doable. I am happy to have it. The fit is generous on my 7 inch wrist. Lovely engravings of Irish symbols. Customer service from BWM kept me updated on the shipping journey.
