I had ordered the Mucros Weavers Trinity in Blue Check and unfortunately the package was damaged in shipment causing the hat to fall out. I notified Blarney Woolen Mills and Lorraine promptly rectified the situation. My replacement hat arrived in less than a week and the shipment had no problems this time. Blarney's customer service is excellent and their products are superb. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. At present I own over 40 flat caps and the Mucros Weavers Trinity is my favorite brand and style.
