After searching for years for a large, clear yarn bowl, I found this Waterford Crystal 9" bowl - EXACTLY what I needed! As my desk is organized by clear acrylic and Waterford crystal, this gorgeous bowl fits right in and holds even my largest balls, cakes, and skeins of yarn. Since I crochet and knit every day, this large bowl is used constantly, and, because it is crystal, I don't feel as if it is crowding my desk. It is heavy enough that, no matter how I pull at my yarn, it never moves, and its tall (4.5") sides keep the yarn in the bowl. The clear lines and beauty of this bowl draw my eyes to it even if I'm not knitting. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made!
