This is a beautiful item intended for grandchildren to treasure all their lives. Delivery to Switzerland was excellent. I really appreciated the regular emails from the delivery company. There was a moment of great humour when I asked (from South Africa) my grandchildren if the item had arrived and they said no and I told them to look at the front door. Amazing.
