This scarf is truly beautiful- so soft and warm. My husband loves it! And as for the customer service? Beyond 5 star!! My orders arrived in less than a week, no issues whatsoever, and shipping cost me about the same as an order I placed with a different company here in my own state of California, even though it came from so far.
