The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from Blarney.com ("the site"). We are the online presence of Blarney Woollen Mills ("the Company"). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.

GENERAL

Unless you advise us otherwise your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes as the Company may consider appropriate. We value your privacy and we will not share your information. You can opt-in or opt-out of our email club at any time. You are always welcome on Blarney.com. It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition, quality inspected and properly packaged before despatch. We prefer our customers to shop in their home currency so they know exactly what they paying for the goods upfront. Currency rates may vary and will be charged at the exchange rate of the day when your order is placed. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site. We have to point out that we cannot be responsible for delays due to custom regulations outside the EU. On occasion customs may delay shipments for random security checks and these events are outside our control. Thankfully this does not happen very often and 99% of the time your goods will arrive within the timeframe we specify on our shipping page. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colors however due to variances between monitors, colors cannot be guaranteed. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered. We do our very best to ensure we accurately portray the product to you.

PAYMENT

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal, payment must be made in full before the goods can be shipped.

SHIPPING

We endeavour to keep our shipping costs low. We know how much our customers love our quality Irish Gifts and how much they dislike additional costs. Our shipping page and shopping basket will advise the shipping cost at the time your order is placed. Our shipping page also outline the length of time your parcel will take to reach you. Two items may affect delivery times which are wholly outside our control, random security checks by customs and extreme weather conditions. We ask you to understand and bear with us if either of these occur.

CANCELLATIONS

Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted via email before your order has been processed. We will do our best to assist you with any amendments.

OWNERSHIP

All goods are the property of the Company until full payment has been received. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners' rights and may be prosecuted.

LIMITATION AS TO DAMAGES

The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. Our despatch team has years of experience. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by products arriving late or damaged. By shopping online with us you accept these terms and conditions. OUR EASY RETURNS POLICY

Here at Blarney.com we are passionate about our products and service and we love satisfied customers.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on any merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. There are some exceptions to this such as personalised jewelry or engraved goods,unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media. Unless these items are faulty we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on them for obvious reasons.

For our USA customers we offer a Free Returns Guarantee as we have a returns agent within the USA. For all other countries you may have to pay the return postage cost and our customer service team will advise you of this in advance of processing your return.
