How does our Shop By Appointment work?

Open to all, our shop by appointment service lets you buy what you want either over the phone, by video or in person by appointment. You will be paired with a dedicated store expert – your virtual concierge – who will assist you with any purchases you may be considering. Fill out the form and we’ll contact you about an appointment.

2. Our in-store concierge will schedule an appointment with you within 24hours.
3. Your appointment will take place over the telephone, through video or WhatsApp.
