Lay a t-shirt on a flat surface
Using measuring tape, measure the distance from underarm to underarm
Double the number (e.g. if the distance is 22”, the chest measurement is 44”)

2. Body length

Lay a t-shirt on a flat surface
Using a measuring tape, measure the distance from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem

3. Sleeve length (overarm)

Lay a t-shirt on a flat surface, front side down
Using measuring tape, measure the distance from the center of the back of the neck to the cuff hem
